Stuck on a level, a reward that did not arrive, or a question about ads? Email Matthew Medici. This is the support page linked from the App Store.
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and the Pickle Drop version (1.3 is current). A screenshot of the screen you are on helps.
The boost applies after the video finishes. If you close it early, the coins, wheel spin, life, or stand boost may not be granted. Check that the phone is online, play the video to the end, and look again at the coin count, the life row, or the stand. If it still did not apply, email the approximate time and which button you tapped: coins, wheel spin, life refill, or 2× stand coins.
Five lives show on the home screen. When they are gone, a timer counts down to the next one. You can wait, or tap the optional rewarded video to refill sooner. You do not need to watch an ad to get a life back. If the timer is missing or stuck, force-quit the app, reopen it, and email us if it is still stuck.
Coins, unlocks, and cosmetics are stored on the device, not in an account. Deleting the app, or restoring the phone without a device backup, can clear them. There is no login to restore a cloud save. If the shop shows a look you already unlocked as locked, email us with the look name.

Version 1.3 removed in-app purchases. The current game is coins only, and there is no shop that charges money. If you bought something in a version before 1.3 and it did not unlock, email us with the Apple ID email you used at the time and the rough date of the purchase. We will look it up. New players do not need to restore anything.
